Synopsis of the strategic vision for the next three years
When in 2006, a democratic strategic planning exercise yielded the felt ambition to become a tertiary level institution; Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital turned a new leaf.
Ceaselessly providing Quality services to the underprivileged for over 90 years, it decided to push the frontiers in knowledge and capacity building. The second strategic planning exercise involved more than 35 participants from across functions and levels. This was an unprecedently high representation in strategic planning exercises anywhere in the world.
This 3 year strategic term, SCEH prepares to
1. consolide its domain leadership in North India thereby preparing to become a Centre of Excellence in Eye and ENT care.
2. strengthen the organization thereby laying the foundation for the next 100 years
